Food Service Worker
• Be able to weigh and measure ingredients and follow a recipe.

• Maintain & keep clean all kitchen related work areas, including: dishes, stoves, ovens, steam tables, floors, pantry, and dish room and storage areas.

• Use manual and electric appliances to prepare and cook food for patients and cafeteria.

• Be able to count back correct change when handling money.

• Prepare and deliver food trays and snacks to nursing units.

• Wear hair net during shift.

• Other associated duties in dietary department
• High School Education or GED with ability to read, write, & have understanding of basic mathematic skills.

• Ability to work kitchen equipment safely.

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work some evenings, weekend shifts, as well as some holidays.
