Answering phones and Greeting patients
• Prompt response to e-mail and telephone calls.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Registering patients
• Verifying and collecting copies of divers’ licenses and insurance cards.
• Obtaining correct billing addresses and numbers for patients.
• Enrolling/Opting-IN patients for Care Corner and Patient Connect.

Operational Duties
• Assisting with general billing questions.
• Posting patient payments.
• Helping with general hospital/clinic needs.
• Ensure patient experience and service standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with hospital departments on patient registrations, prior authorizations, referrals, and financial counseling issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
